Terms & Conditions

Scope of Work

The services provided will be outlined in the project proposal, including deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any additional requests may require a new agreement or an amendment to this one.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to start large scale projects.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to the release of final files.

Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the project fee.

Additional revisions will be billed at €30/hour or an agreed-upon rate.

Ownership and Copyright

Upon full payment, you will own the final designs.

I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and promotional materials.

Source files (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Provide clear and timely feedback.

Supply all necessary content (e.g., text, images, logos) before the project begins.

Cancellation Policy

If the project is canceled before completion, the deposit is non-refundable.

Work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced accordingly.

Liability

I am not responsible for any errors in content or damages arising from the use of the design once approved.

Timeline

Agreed deadlines depend on timely feedback and material submission from the client.

Delays caused by the client may result in a revised delivery schedule.

Communication

All communication will occur via email or agreed channels to ensure clear records of discussions.

Confidentiality

All client-provided materials and information will remain confidential.
